locally sourced sausages (E) *, bacon (E) * and black pudding (E) *, home made Derbyshire oatcakes and tomatoes - Full Derbyshire Vegetarian; including home made oatcakes, tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese, scrambled eggs (E) * and fresh herbs
Lighter options:
- Mushrooms on thick home-made toast
- Free-range farm eggs (E) * on thick home-made toast – served as you like them
- Ribbons of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs (E) * on toast
- Herby tomatoes on toast or French toast
